Description
Crack meters angular and linear are used to monitor the progress of surface cracks in structural components and buildings caused by subsidence or mechanical failure.
They are composed of two transparent acrylic resin plates, overlapping and able to move relative to each other.
The upper plate is engraved with a reference cross, while the underlying one is marked with a grid in millimeters, both horizontal and vertical, which can be zeroed along its
axes.
